When purchasing a membership you will receive a unique membership code that you can use to book online.

All memberships are for one individual only.

Multiple family members will need multiple memberships.

The bring a buddy perk allows you to bring a friend for free once per month.

Claim your Membership punchard from reception and each time you bring a buddy we will punch the relevent month.

Yes we offer a 20% sibling discount. So each extra family member will have a 20% discount per month. Only available at the welcome desk.

1. Membership Access & Usage

• The membership is for a single user only and cannot be transferred or shared.

• Use might be restricted during events or private bookings

2. Payments & Billing

• This membership has a minimum 3-month commitment.

• After the initial 3-month term, it continues on a rolling monthly direct debit basis.

• Payments are taken on a recurring monthly basis until canceled by the member.

• Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to avoid suspension of access.

3. Cancellations & Freezes

• Members can cancel after the initial 3-month term with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date.

• Membership freezes may be requested for up to 3 months per year, subject to an admin fee.

4. "Bring a Buddy" Perk

• Members can bring one guest per month for free.

• This benefit is non-transferable and does not roll over if unused.

5. Discounts & Benefits

• Members receive 20% off Private Coaching & Camp Graystone bookings.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Facility Rules & Conduct

• Members must follow all Graystone Action Sports safety rules and respect staff instructions.

• Helmets and protective gear must be worn where required.

• Graystone reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for rule violations, misconduct, or unsafe behavior.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

• Graystone reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with at least 30 days’ notice.

• Any changes will be communicated via email and on our website.

8. Liability & Waiver

• All members and guests must sign a liability waiver before using the facility.

• Graystone is not responsible for personal injuries, lost/stolen items, or damage to personal property.
